The Department of Urban Planning of the City Council of Zas is the point of reference for planning, land management and licenses of works and activities. We work for a balanced and sustainable development of our parishes, ensuring compliance with regulations, urban quality and the protection of heritage and landscape.

The City Council of Zas was the first on the Costa da Morte to have a General Plan adapted to the current urban regulations. The final approval of our PXOM culminated an intense technical and administrative work to solve all the issues required by the General Directorate of Urban Planning. In this section we put at your disposal the regulations and plans resulting from this work – we hope they will be of great use to you – and we remind you that the doors of the City Hall are always open for any query or suggestion. Here you can also consult the PXOM (plans, regulations and sheets) and find practical information to process permits and resolve doubts.

In addition, the City Council of Zas has a Cadastral Information Point (PIC) located in Praza do Campo, s/n (1st floor of the Town Hall), 15850 Zas. The hours of service to the public are from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 h. In this service you can request cadastral information and the issuance of certifications. Current fees: literal certification: 6 €; Descriptive and graphic certification: 12 €.
