The general objective of the Employment and Local Development Agency is the implementation of active employment policies and the promotion of economic and social activity in the municipality of Zas.

As specific objectives we highlight the following:

Manage aid to promote employment, focusing especially on those groups with the greatest difficulties in obtaining employment.
Inform companies of the instruments available to promote and promote business competitiveness, as well as facilitate access to them.
Promote the entrepreneurial culture by encouraging business initiatives and supporting new individual or collective self-employment projects.
To facilitate the employment of job seekers, especially those participating in active employment policies, by identifying the personnel needs of companies and proposing actions to improve the employability of the unemployed population.
Strategic observation of the territory and carrying out studies in order to detect training and educational needs of the unemployed population.
