The City Council of Zas was the first on the Costa da Morte to have a General Plan adapted to current urban regulations. The final approval of our PXOM was made after intense work to solve all the issues required by the General Directorate of Urban Planning.
At this moment we have defined what is the project of the municipality, and that is why we want all our people of Zas and also those who want to develop their business or life projects in our municipality, to have knowledge of what are the bases of our common future.

The City Council of Zas makes available to the public a series of modern and well-equipped facilities, designed to promote sport, culture and social life. These spaces offer a variety of services that contribute to the well-being of the neighborhood and community revitalization.
The municipal swimming pools open during the summer season and are one of the most demanded resources in the neighborhood. They have areas adapted for adults and children, making them an ideal place to cool off, practice swimming or enjoy free time with the family.
The two municipal football fields host official matches, local tournaments and training sessions for clubs and sports schools. It is a meeting point for grassroots sports and amateurs of all ages.
