Description of the service: This program offers victims of gender-based violence, immediate and remote care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, regardless of where they are. It allows women at risk of suffering gender-based violence to come into contact with a care centre, made up of staff specifically trained to respond adequately to the crisis exposed, either by themselves, or by mobilising other existing human and material resources. Contact with the service centers can be established at any time at the touch of a button on the phone. The Spanish Red Cross is responsible for managing this program.
