The home help program is defined as a set of care for citizens at home, in those situations in which their personal autonomy is limited or in cases of family disintegration. All this is done from an integral and standardized perspective, and what is intended is to facilitate the permanence of the beneficiary in his or her own environment of coexistence, thus avoiding his institutionalization.

This program has its own Regulations that were approved by the Plenary of the Corporation, in a session held on May 29, 1998 and published in the BOP nº 33 of February 10, 1999.
