The City Council of Zas promotes a complete sports program aimed at all ages. The municipal gym of Baio, equipped with cardio and bodybuilding rooms, offers modern facilities for daily training, as well as changing rooms and a wide schedule of use. <\/p>\n\n
Through municipal sports schools, boys and girls from 6 to 14 years old can start and improve in disciplines such as indoor football, badminton, basketball, handball, skating, hockey, volleyball or multi-games. For adults, the municipality organizes maintenance gymnastics classes, municipal indoor football league and activities such as archery, therapeutic gymnastics or ballroom dancing. <\/p>\n\n
During the summer, the program is completed with sports camps, swimming courses, hiking routes, the Bicycle Day, football camps and tournaments of different modalities, in addition to the Football Trophy City Council of Zas.<\/p>\n\n
