Organized by the City Council of Zas with the collaboration of the Provincial Council of A Coruña and a group of young people from the town, the awards seek to recognize the creative and technical talent of the new generations and give greater visibility to the Galician language on the web.

The festival combines the screening of the finalist short films with a program of parallel activities: workshops for children and adults, round tables with audiovisual professionals, screenings of auteur films and a closing music festival with emerging Galician bands. The entire program is free and open to the public, encouraging the participation of diverse audiences.

Participation is open to both educational centers and the general public, with a free theme and pieces of up to five minutes in Galician or subtitled.
