The City Council of Zas was the first on the Costa da Morte to have a General Plan adapted to current urban regulations. The final approval of our PXOM was made after intense work to solve all the issues required by the General Directorate of Urban Planning. <\/p>\n\n

At this moment we have defined what is the project of the municipality, and that is why we want all our people of Zas and also those who want to develop their business or life projects in our municipality, to have knowledge of what are the bases of our common future.<\/p>\n\n

In this section we put at your disposal the regulations and plans resulting from this work, hoping that they will be of great use, reminding you that the doors of our town hall are always open for any query or suggestion.<\/p>\n\n
