We work for a balanced and sustainable development of our parishes, ensuring compliance with regulations, urban quality and the protection of heritage and landscape. <\/p>\n\n<p>The City Council of Zas was the <strong>first on the Costa da Morte<\/strong> to have a <strong>General Plan<\/strong> adapted to the current urban regulations. The final approval of our <g id=\"gid_2\">PXOM<\/g> culminated an intense technical and administrative work to solve all the issues required by the General Directorate of Urban Planning. In this section we put at your disposal the <g id=\"gid_3\">regulations<\/g> <g id=\"gid_4\">and plans resulting<\/g> from this work &#8211; we hope they will be of great use to you &#8211; and we remind you that the doors of the City Hall are always open for any <g id=\"gid_5\">query<\/g> or <g id=\"gid_6\">suggestion<\/g>. Here you can also consult the PXOM (plans, regulations and sheets) and find practical information to process permits and resolve doubts.   <\/p>\n\n<p>In addition, the City Council of Zas has a <strong>Cadastral Information Point (PIC)<\/strong> located in <strong>Praza do Campo, s\/n (1st floor of the Town Hall), 15850 Zas<\/strong>. The <g id=\"gid_2\">hours of service to the public<\/g> are from <g id=\"gid_3\">Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 h<\/g>.
